Mount Abu stinks as Municipality and Municipal Janitors spar over personal differences in the office.
A strike by sanitation workers has turned Mount Abu into a huge garbage dump over the past 7 days, posing a serious threat to people's health, souped with the incessant rain all week.

Huge piles of garbage have been dumped by the roadside, in the main market areas as the sanitation workers are refusing to work unless their issues are not resolved with the municipal office between the officers and the working staff.
If this deadlock is not resolved soon Abu will start to stink and it will take a while to get back to normality.
I won’t go into any conspiracy theory as to what really took place in the Municipal office I’ll leave that to the administration to sort out and resolve. Abuites should take it upon themselves to help keep the place cleans in these afeard times. Hill stations up North are lovely to behold as the local take great pride in keeping their place spick and span.
Hopefully, everything is resolved pronto.
Bravo, our local administration has sprung into action. They have got some wheeled garbage carts to help the locals to dispose of their garbage in a convenient fashion.Today the strike has entered its eighth days. The local administration has been announcing and appearing around the clock for the Abuites to please use the dustbins and to keep the environs clean.
