Mt. Abu, Abode of Gods, presents
My sincere apologies to all your lovers of Abu.
I know I’ve been off the circuit for quite some time now. After my accident on the 16th of April, I wasn’t in the frame of mind to write or share anything. I drifted into a kind of limbo, and believe me, three long months flat on my back made me understand what hell on earth feels like.
But like the hills of Mount Abu that revive after a harsh spell, I too am finding my way back—step by step.
Today, I thought I would reconnect in the simplest way possible—by sharing a few links that capture the spirit of “The Abode”, and perhaps stir a little nostalgia for this beautiful and unforgettable place we all hold close to our hearts.
A Glimpse of Abu Through My Lens
Over the years, I have spent countless hours exploring and photographing the natural beauty of Mount Abu—its landscapes, its moods, and most of all, its incredible birdlife.
Avifauna of Mount Abu
Birding has been one of my greatest passions, and Mount Abu has been my classroom, my sanctuary, and my constant source of wonder.
So far, I’ve documented over a hundred species of birds in and around these hills—each one a story, each sighting a memory.
A Gentle Return
This is just a small step back—back into writing, back into sharing, and back into the rhythms of the hills I love.
👉 The Abode still calls… and I am listening once again.
